Jane followed the GCM process well and secured a new position in a very short period of time. She was impressed with the training and negotiation skills she learned through GCM.

Jane started the GCM process and accepted a new position almost immediately. She is extremely happy that in the future when it comes time for a promotion or another positive change within the organization she will be able to come back to GCM for further coaching and help with negotiations.
