Doug joined GCM to get into a new career.  He worked the process well and was able to negotiate by using the training he received.  The offer he accepted will give him the opportunity to almost double his previous salary with added commission potential.  He is excited for the growth potential with the new company.

Jim worked the GCM process very well and through networking found a position that interested him.  He received interview preparation and help with negotiating.  The salary is $17K over what he had made in his previous position and he is very excited about the new opportunity.
