Jane started the GCM process and accepted a new position almost immediately. She is extremely happy that in the future when it comes time for a promotion or another positive change within the organization she will be able to come back to GCM for further coaching and help with negotiations.
Kari is very satisfied with the results of her time with GCM so far. She appreciates the brainstorming with her GCM consultant for ideas and companies to target that she had not thought of on her own. She is also impressed with the professionally done marketing documents.
Using the career services of GCM, John found a position where he has started as a consultant. The ultimate aim for him is to take on the role as CEO starting on April 1, 2009.
Gordon is currently upgrading his licenses and certifications and ultimately wants to get into IT security by using the services of GCM. He has found a new position that meets his current needs, but will continue working the GCM process to keep all of his options open.
Emmanuel is experiencing success working with GCM in his job search.

Dan felt the most valuable elements of the GCM process were the resume re-write and marketing documents. Also the assistance with interview preparation was very helpful. GCM really stayed on top of things with him and he feels it was a job well done.
